Hemas Shop BD is the official online E-commerce platform of Hemas Consumer Brands Bangladesh. The platform is hosted on Shopify and operates in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. By visiting our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product Information
• All products listed on our platform are genuine, sourced directly from Hemas Consumer Brands.
• We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, minor variations may exist. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Visa/Mastercard, Cash on Delivery.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at checkout.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be modified. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Delivery & Shipping
• Delivery timelines: Inside Dhaka — within 5 working days; Outside Dhaka — within 10 working days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or courier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy is governed by a separate policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in their original, unopened condition.
• Opened personal care products (soaps, razors, hair care, perfumes) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of return approval.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product names, brand logos, images, copy, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Hemas Holdings PLC and/or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Bangladeshi law, Hemas Shop BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform or products. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
